Worried You Might Spend Too Much?

Don't Fret about the Price, Worry about the Total Cost

Have you ever tried to save a little money by purchasing a low cost product, only to have the product break sooner than you expected? Have you ever tried to save a little money on a repair, only to have the problem reoccur?

Not only have you wasted everything you've spent, but now you must deal with the hassle of buying a new, replacement product or getting the repair done over. The low price product or service ended up costing more.

Long ago, we decided it was better to explain our pricing once, than to apologize for our service forever. For the record, we are not the lowest priced heating & air conditioning company in Middlebury. While we are not the lowest priced up front, we believe we cost you less in the long run. If we charge a little more than some companies, we deliver more as well. We spend more to supply you with quality parts and products that last. We spend more to hire the best technicians in the area so you get the problem fixed right the first time. We spend more to check out our employees so you know it's safe to allow a A Good Neighbor Heating & Cooling employee in your home. We spend more for standby capacity so that we can respond quickly when you need us. We spend more to stock our trucks with the top quality parts we need to repair your comfort system, no matter what we encounter, eliminating delays to run to the supply house. And on and on. There are lots of important differences and they all cost money.

Top shelf installations and great service does cost slightly more, but our customers don't seem to mind. It's why we've grown while the “cheap” guys keep going out of business. You only call a cheap service company once and once you've called us, you'll never call a cheap service company again. We're going to earn your business forever!

6 Months Same-As-Cash / No Payment

Make no payments and incur no interest for the next six months. The perfect choice for people who want to:

  • Make a single total investment, but not today!
  • Make six equal investments over the next six months and incur no finance charges.
  • Need some time to arrange a home equity loan and then switch over their monthly investments to ensure tax deductible interest.

After the six month time period passes, the interest rate is 17.9% retroactive to date of installation.

Example of 6 Months Same As Cash / No Payment at 17.9% APR :

Months one, two, three, four, five and six -- No payment required

Initial investment x Monthly interest = Total outstanding balance x Minimum payment = Min. monthly investment

         $6,000.00 x (1.09%) = $6.540.00 x (.02%) = $130.80

NOTE: Examples are for estimation and demonstration only. Terms are subject to change and should be verified when applying for financing.

9.90% Reduced APR

Make your first monthly investment (as little as 2% of the outstanding balance) 30 days after your new system is installed.

Billing each month, beginning 30 days from the installation of your new system. Your choices are:

  • Complete your total investment in full at the end of each billing cycle and incur no interest.
  • You can make monthly investments for as much or as little as you want, as long as you meet the minimum 2% of the total outstanding balance. Unpaid balances incur interest at an annual rate of 9.90%.

Example of 9.90% Reduced APR:

Initial investment x Monthly interest = Total outstanding balance x Minimum payment = Min. monthly investment

$6,000.00 x (1.01%) = $6.060.00 x (.02%) = $121.20

NOTE: Examples are for estimation and demonstration only. Terms are subject to change and should be verified when applying for financing.
