Not happy

For the price I paid, I am not happy with the results. I had to vacuum out the registers because there was still debris in there. Also, I was told that we would be able to see before and after pictures. NO PICTURES were taken. We are not sure if the ducts got clean or not. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a poor job. Over promised and under delivered.
