Very respectful service technician. We purchased a really good quality heating and cooling system. We wanted the best for the money with amazing warranties.

All personnel were very personable, courteous and professional. Received the (price-competitive) quote in a timely manner. Installation took place on the day/time scheduled. Installers were very personable and knowledgeable. Install went well and was very close to the time estimated. Equipment looks and performs well and to my expectations.

Richard came to the house shortly after alerting me to his time frame. He was (always is) very courteous and efficient. He proceeded to get to the root cause of my humidifier problem. In less than an hour, I was fixed.

we had read so many good things about the owners of AGN and how they are all about helping out neighbors and just what really good people they are. so when we decided to call someone out to check our furnace out for winter, my wife wanted to call AGN even though we usually go with COOK.. well short end of story, our exhaust blower motor was leaking and we were told it could cost us between 600-1900 dollars to fix it depending on the extent of the fix. and beings our furnace was 12 years old, maybe we might want to think about upgrading it. now maybe this might not have upset us if it would not have been for the fact that we refered you to my daughter and son-in- law and they were told the same thing, and one of their furnaces was only 5 or 6 years old. plus we have also talked to some one else and they also said, you guys are all about selling them furnaces first. We were very pleased with Richard when he came out and installed our furnace and when he did our duct cleaning! ( actually I was the one that was told that my daughter needed to replace her furnaces)
