Ric did a quick, thorough job, was courteous, put his shoe covers on and listened to my complaint about the humidifier before checking furnace, IQ and humidifier. Also ordered new IQ filters. Yay, Ric!

Such a wonderful experience with those on the phone and, Richard, the attending Service Tech. He was professional, experienced, polite and funny. Great overall (and now I have a warm house). Kudos to Richard for his excellent service!!
