Xander was professional, friendly and time effective. He explained up front in detail what he would be doing. Knowing what we could expect is service worth considering. Gentle and clean throughout our home performing the cleanings. Shared honest feedback at the end to update us on how things went and are. Definitely give him a 10/10.

Called Good Neighbor this morning about issues with my AC. Bobby, one of the owners, stopped out within a few hours. Fixed the issues, spotted a few additional things that needed addressed and based on his answers I could tell he was very honest since he was telling me to not break the bank over certain issues. Will certainly be using them in the future.

Richard was professional and quick to find the problem. He was able to give me an exact price quote at the time of his assessment. Parts had to be ordered and he said he would call when they came in. I was surprised when he called me back 10 minutes after he left to say he would be able to pick up the parts and install/repair the next day. I have used A Good Neighbor before and feel confident they will do a great job for our family.

The Gentleman who came out to assist us was very forward in his opinions. I received a cold shoulder in the office and in my home.

Awoke @ 6a.m. with furnace not working on a cold winter's night and by 9:10am; Richard was here. He was knowledgeable, concerned, and went right to work on the problem. Within 45 mins the furnace was running and the house starting to warm. When I got home from work @ 5pm the furnace had quit running again & Richard was willing to come again, in a blizzard, to help but I was able to get it started up without his help. Hopefully, I will not have any more problems but thank you for your quick service and I would call you again because of your great service.
